End User License Agreement

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Switchlet, you agree to this End User License Agreement.

License grant

Subject to this agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of Switchlet on macOS devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use.

Ownership

Switchlet is licensed, not sold. The app, its binaries, branding, and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holder.

Restrictions

You may not, except where applicable law permits it:

• Copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to bypass technical limitations or security protections
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the app in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

Updates

Updates, patches, and replacement builds may be provided from time to time. Those updates are governed by this agreement unless they are accompanied by separate license terms.

Third-party components and services

The app may rely on third-party software, frameworks, or services, including update infrastructure such as Sparkle. Those components may be subject to their own licenses and terms.

Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies in your possession or control.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Switchlet owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the app or your use of it.

Export and compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the app, including export control laws where applicable.

Changes

This agreement may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
