These terms govern your use of the Switchlet website and the downloadable Switchlet macOS app.
Acceptance
By accessing the Switchlet website or downloading or using the Switchlet app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Switchlet is provided as closed-source software. Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app for personal or internal business use.
Restrictions
You may not, except where applicable law permits it:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
- Use the website or app in a way that violates applicable law
Updates and availability
The website, downloads, and app features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Updates may be provided through release downloads or app update infrastructure.
Third-party services
Switchlet may rely on third-party platforms and services such as GitHub Pages, GitHub Releases, GoatCounter, Google Fonts, and Sparkle-related update infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

The website and app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Switchlet owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the website or app.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. Your right to use Switchlet ends automatically if you violate these terms.
Intellectual property
Switchlet, its branding, website content, and distributed app binaries are owned by their respective rights holder and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
